That’s apparently how U.S. enthusiasts feel. Sales in the automotive aftermarket are expected to rise to $54 billion in 2024, according to forecasts by the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association (SEMA).
Despite cautious spending in other areas of the economy, car folks remain willing to shell out major bucks to upgrade their rides for racing, off-roading or simply looking cool. That has aftermarket companies vying for their attention.
Many of these brands are now launching ambitious, cutting-edge new products at a feverish pace. And competitive prices. That’s a major win for consumers.
